Property Service Technician

The Opportunity

As a Property Services Technician, you will work directly with homeowners to deliver a variety of residential property services, including:

Lawn aeration and dethatching
Lawn seeding and seasonal lawn care
Garden maintenance and landscape improvement
Property cleanups
Exterior property maintenance
General property improvement services

Compensation

This position begins as a part-time, on-call role with approximately 20 hours per week.

The starting wage is Ontario minimum wage during the initial training period.

Training is designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to perform services independently while meeting our standards for quality, safety, and client care.

Upon successful completion of training, the hourly wage will increase immediately to $20.00 per hour.
